Smoke Free Campus: Villa Maria is smoke free as of May 1, 2010. No smoking is permitted on the premises including inside vehicles parked in our lots.
Pennsylvania Hotel & Sales Taxes HOTEL TAX ON OVERNIGHT & MEETING ROOMS: Programs at Villa Maria are tax free, but we are obligated by law to pay a 6% hotel tax on overnight rooms and meeting rooms. SALES TAX ON MEALS: Religious organizations that hold a PA tax-exempt certificate are exempt from paying the 6% sales tax on meals purchased at Villa Maria. Please submit your PA tax-exempt certificate when your group registers and we will not collect sales tax from you. Individuals who register on their own are not exempt from sales tax. Refund policy
